Check-In Kiosk Countdown at 00:00:00 - Not Active

After multiple attempts and reading of the Checking out Check-in guide and following these guidelines I am still unable to get the /checkin to function.

I am running in the 24/7 schedule (default) selected with the desired areas and the initial screen on the /checkin seems correct. Anyone seen this issue before, is it a bug, any suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

Frank,

Yes I did eventually. One issue was the locations that were associated with the check-in areas were not properly matching the check-in kiosk. This was a logical fix once I read through the manual one more time. The issue that caused me the most frustration was with a schedule. My 24 hour default schedules were set correctly with recurring times, etc. however the open before and open after times were set at 30 minutes. I received a suggestion on a forum that the check-in before and check-in after should be set over 300 minutes. Not sure why this works, but it allows the kiosk to be open,
