Emails not arriving

We are having several people tell us that they are not receiving our group (or individual) emails from ROCK. When I check their preferences, everything is set right. They are opted-in to receive and we have a good email address. However, they are not receiving the emails. They are not in their junk/spam folder either.

    What mail delivery service are you using? It's possible they they are on a block/bounce/spam list THERE (eg in Mailgun or SendGrid). I can't speak for mailgun, but SendGrid makes you manually curate these lists (except the bounced list, which can auto-delete on a schedule). It could be that Rock is sending the mail but it's not making it past your delivery service.

    That said, at the very least you should be able to look at logs in your mail service to see if THEY said it was delivered to the person, or not.
