Can't edit registration forms?

I am creating our Fall Ball registration forms and went to test it and found one of the forms that I wanted to re-word.  So I closed the test window with the registration open and went back to the Registration page in Rock.  When I click the Edit button, I get this error:

What does this mean?  When I go to another registration, I can edit just fine.

    I'm still not sure what happened but apparently one of my fields was corrupted somehow. I ended up starting over and creating a new registration and that worked.  I deleted the one was broken.
