RockRMS and Site are down after fresh install! I did a thing?!??

I finally got this working and had added 5 people in 2 families and my wife and I completed our DISC and was looking at customizing the website . I changed File Upload size to 200mb from 100mb and immediately saw the following error and now my website is Broken... Any help would be appreciated as I am new to the Rock Community!!!

Hi Tom-
Is your system still in a broken state? If so, I suggest you ask in https://community.rockrms.com/chat in the #troubleshooting channel. Your issue will get a lot more eyeballs there from people who can help.
