Active/Public account missing from batch matching screen

Having issues with seeing active accounts on my batch matching screen.  We've verified the account is public and active and have also highlighted it within the match screen preferences but it still does not populate as one of our matching options.   Any help or direction on next steps would be greatly appreciated!

    Just to be clear, in the Transaction Matching block settings on the Transaction Matching page, you have all needed accounts selected under the Accounts setting, right?

    Yes.. That is correct.   The account we need is selected in the account setting but does not show up in the list when matching.

      Kelly, my apologies, but I don't think I have seen this issue below. Which version of Rock are you running?
