Rock crashes in Safari 13?

Hey anyone having problems using Rock with the new Safari 13.0.1 release?

I had a repeatable crash doing communications today but worked fine when I tried in Chrome...

I got the spinning beachball each time I tried to build a new email:

This is a known bug with the new Safari 13. Here's a link to the issue and some workaround code
