Defined Type - Administrator's Checklist

Is there a way to copy the Defined Type - Administrator's Checklist for other purposes?

For instance, new staff or new volunteer comes into a new role. Then when they log in per security role or something similar they have tasks to complete. Has anyone replicated this for other purposes? I see this as a great orientation tool.

    You can create your own defined type and then create a block of defined type checklist, however once items are completed they will not show up again for a new person. I think for what you want to do it would be better to create a workflow and assign it when a new person is created.

    I myself am very new to Rock RMS but have been learning at a great pace :-), but have not touched the workflow manuals yet.
