Installation Stalled - External Hosting

Hello Everyone,

I went through the process of installing the tool, and got the part of Creating Database, it stalls at that point, and on the logs, it shows "Preparing to run sql-Install.sql"

I have ran this installation more than 2 times and still the same result. How do I get pass this?

I am using Hostgator as my hosting provider.

Please help!!

Are you using the Personal package? I was told by Hostgator support that I needed a VPS or Dedicated server (then selecting Windows Plesk as Operating System). At that point, I ended up canceling and going in a different direction. Hope this helps.
