I have updated to 10.0, but when I try to install the 10.1 update, I keep getting a "request timed out" error, and then I have to go in and delete the app_offline.html file to get back into the system. Also, it does not seem to add a "package" into the App_Data/Packages folder either. How do I fix this? Is there a "manual" way of updating?
