0 Check-in SSL Problem 1 Seth Thomas posted 4 Years Ago Our Check-In is not loading within the iPad RockRMS Check-In App. I believe it is because of an SSL problem. A few months ago we updated our website SSL certificate and enabled the "Force SSL" feature on the website. In the same timeframe we went into Rock on our site (web-based with Winhost) and enabled the "Force SSL" as well... only to find out the SSL certificate doesn't seem to work for the "Rock side" of our database... only the website portion. Our URLs are:https://northeastchristian.orghttp://rock.northeastchristian.orgNow when we load: rock.northeastchristian.org it gives a certificate error that we can bypass in a browser to reach our database. However, I think it is causing a problem for the Check-In APP. We have gone in and disabled the "Force SSL" box in rock.northeastchristian.org but it is still trying to reach SSL and causing the certificate error.Any help would be appreciated. I'm not 100% certain, but fairly sure that is the cause of the Check-In not loading error.
