Zebra ZQ510 printer with Rock ipad checkin

I am having a problem with printing. In the ipad settings I can connect to the printer. In the rock settings, I don't see the printer. Can someone confirm if the printer should be set for bluetooth classic or low energy? and any troubleshooting steps or setup intructions?

     Rock app needs permissions to the local network to wirelessly print. Settings - Privacy - local network.  If app is not there it will NOT work.


    I am having same issue with 2 new iPads.  I cannot force app to request permissions to local network.


    Second time this has happened to me
