We currently use Arvixe for hosting our Rock site and for our database but given the fact that Rock and Arvixe don't work well together right now we would like to switch everything over to 3Essentials. I've purchased a hosting plan with 3Essentials as suggested by Rock tutorials but don't know how to migrate everything from Arvixe over to 3Essentials without losing the data that we've already inputed into Rock. Would anyone be able to walk me through that process?
