NullReferenceException in Rock. PLEASE HELP!

If the user is not logged in, navigating the external website (http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/page/1) produces the following error:

NullReferenceException in Rock

Message

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Stack Trace

   at Rock.Web.RockRouteHandler.System.Web.Routing.IRouteHandler.GetHttpHandler(RequestContext requestContext)

    Hey Matias.

    I didn't have any issues accessing http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/page/1, were you able to figure it out?

    Have you added any new blocks, or modified their block settings, on that page?

    Have you attempted it on another browser? And have you tried clearing your cookies/cache on your computer?

    Hey Matias,

    Long story short your issue is that you were missing the domain name in the sites. Can you test the below links? Here are the correct links for you to use:


    External: http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/


    Internal Admin: http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/Admin


    You should have 2 different domains pointing to rock and not use the same one.

    Hi everyone!
    For a long time we have come with this error without being able to solve.

    We have tried everything and we don't know how to fix it.


    If I try to access the external website of the church (http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/page/1)

    I have the "NullReferenceException"

    But if I first enter the internal rock website (http://cfacord1.w31.wh-2.com/) even without logging in, and then I try to enter the external website again, then it gets access without problem.


    I Checked all the security permissions, and the global attributes of the web.


    Any suggestion?
