New AWS Install error - external site not loading, internal site loads but not logging in

Hi, I installed Rock on AWS Free tier using the 'Turn-key RockRMS Hosting with AWS' guide. Install completed but external login page doesn't load, it says:

This site can’t be reached,
xxxxx.xxxx.xxx took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.)

Internal login page loads but I can't login with credentials, says user not found.

(1st install timed out at step 3 a couple of times before finally installing with same errors above. In my attempt to fix I 'broke' the installation (insert crying face), then uninstalled everything from aws console and re-installed). Please help. (I only know basic tech)

We'll be updating the WebStack for a new machine AMI as Amazon likes to update them regularly without warning. She was able to overcome that issue and got RockRMS up and running. There was really just a browser cache issue and delay on the DNS resolving, but everything is good to go for their setup!!!

Hi Ngozi! I wrote the recipe and should be able to get you through this. Would you possibly be able to jump into the main https://community.rockrms.com/chat because this may take some back and forth. It also may require a screenshare via zoom, google meet, etc just so that I can see exactly what happened in the console during each cloudformation stack.
