Remove someone from Attendance Analysis

Hi,

We had a someone get checked in by mistake that wasn't there and we wanted to remove them off of the Attendance Analysis for that date. How do you remove someone who is said to of checked in but wasn't there?

    Under Attendance Analytics, goto Check-in Details, then select the check-in you are talking about. From here you will be able to remove the person who was accidentally checked in.

    Find the group that they checked into in the Group View and you can edit the Attendance from there.

    Step 1: Select the group in the Group Viewer and click the Attendance button in the Group Details section

    Step 2: Select the occurrence date row that you'd like to adjust the attendance for

    Step 3: Check or un-check the attendance for the person(s) that you need to for that occurrence and click Save.

    The analytics should reflect the changes immediately.
