Clear My Open Requests

I am having trouble clearing "My Open Requests" on my dashboard. I have workflow entries that have been completed or that were never actually begun, but still show up there. When I open them and hit 'cancel', nothing happens. 

Any advice on how to mark these as completed or cancel them so that they don't continue to block my queue of open requests?

    Hey Brian - do you know what Workflow it is that is doing this? Have you gone to the Manage Workflows page on that Workflow to see if there are still active ones, and why they are still active?

    Another thought - If it is a workflow that you initiated, but it is assigned to a different person, it will stay in My Open Requests until they complete it.

    Thanks! Yes, turns out it was a permissions issue where I couldn't manage my workflows and mark them as completed. Thank you!
