I just want to report, that the exception error I had been getting the last 2 years "relationship from the 'Document_BinaryFile' AssociationSet is in the 'Deleted' state. Given multiplicity constraints, a corresponding 'Document_BinaryFile_Source' must also in the 'Deleted' state."

I managed to solve it, in case anyone else gets a similar error one day.

I don't know why I had this issue. But essentially, I had documents uploaded, not many only 30, and I deleted all of them. and the rock clean-up job could finally run the temporary binary file part. No idea what was going on... I'm guessing, since I had a failed update around the time the job stopped working, something happened in the DB with those documents and binary file table. I have no clue.... but if you run into a similar problem one day, there might be a solution, some document or something is acting funny.
