Previously, if someone signed up to an event registration and did not sign the linked Sign Now form, we could go to their registration and click "Send Signature Request" it would email a reminder to the registrant to sign the form. However, now multiple different Events with different forms all return the following error when trying:

This isn't creating any entry in my exception list, and in my sign now portal, the invitation to sign is still valid and active (and I can send the reminder from there with no issues, but not everyone who would go through and request the signatures has access to the sign now log in). Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot this?
