Printer IP Address?

I have a Zebra LP2844-Z that connects to the the computer via USB that I am using for check in and it keeps failing. It does not print i dont have have a IP address for it in in the USB 1 slot and im running the checkin software that i downloaded seperate and still does not print. it will print from that computer but not using Rock RMS. Does anyone know what the issue maybe and does the IP have to filled in and how would i get one from a USB printer?

    USB printers don't have IP addresses, so you're good there. First thing I would ask is if, under your kiosk settings (Check-in settings > Devices), is Print Using set to "Device Printer" and is Print From set to "Client"?

    Ok wow that worked not sure how I missed checking that. Awsome thank you so much. Another question. I'll add it the question list but I can't seem to get out of the Rock RMS Check-in Client. I have to a contol ALT Delete. Is there a trick to getting out of the check-in Client?
