Unable to Install Rock Shop Plugins

When I attempt to install any plugin in the RockShop I get the following error - any ideas?

In my RockIt SDK I found out there is a file called InstalledStorePackages.json in the App_Data folder. If it doesn't contain a valid JSON empty string it throws this error. Now that it's corrected I can install plugins which populates the InstalledStorePackages.json file with the installed packages and the plugins work. However, I'm still unable to uninstall them because nothing is showing up in the Installed Plugins page in RockRMS. Not sure why that is happening but, I will try and find out.

In my RockIt SDK I found out there is a file called InstalledStorePackages.json in the App_Data folder.  If it doesn't contain a valid JSON empty string it throws this error.  Now that it's corrected I can install plugins which populates the InstalledStorePackages.json file with the installed packages and the plugins work.  However, I'm still unable to uninstall them because nothing is showing up in the Installed Plugins page in RockRMS.  Not sure why that is happening but, I will try and find out.
