Images in the keep deleteing External Website Ads

Does anyone know why the photos in my external site keep deleting they are set to expire in 2020?

    Hey Kenneth,

    Can you look a the exception log to see if there are any clues in there?  Find this under Home > System Settings > Exception List.  Paste them here, especially any around 7:00am Pacific when I was perusing your site. ;-)

    Thanks Kenneth -- what version of RockRMS are you currently running?  There was a bug reported (and since squashed) that had the same symptom you are reporting.  

    It could be that an update will correct this one.  Home > Admin Tools > General Settings > Rock Update
