Weird communication template corruption

I'm seeing something odd on a fresh Rock install that I can't explain. Wondering if anyone else has seen similar. Here is an image of the default communications template on our first ("good") Rock server:

And here is the same template on a brand new install of Rock (from same browser):

Anyone seen similar, and if so do you have any clue why the comm template in the fresh install seems to be corrupted vs. the one on our older install? The only differences between the two servers is that the "good" one has been updated in sequence with every Rock patch since March, and the new one was installed fresh and a single update to 1.2 applied. The new server is also running SQL Server 2014 vs 2012 on the "good" install, but I don't see how that could cause this. I also tried deleting cache and restarting Rock without any change. Obviously I can just redo the template, but I'm now wondering if any other similar "corruption" is lurking in our new install that I just haven't noticed yet.

Oh my goodness, YES!! What a relief- I thought that maybe that was the way the template was set up on purpose as an informative version of Lorem Ipsum to show us where text could go and look like ... and I've been really having a time of trying to clean it up.
Think you could post the "good" version here so I can copy it in and start from there?

Edit: I should mention that my install was a fresh install from 1.0 and looked like that, to my knowledge, from the beginning. Actually, I'm pretty sure it looked like that in the beta as well, but I'd never got to the point of goofing with the communication templates at that point so I didn't give it much thought.

Well, I posted the good template below, but since you can't see the source (ast least not separate from the this page) I'm not sure how much use it will be. Maybe it will get fixed in a future update and the tempates will return to normal.

We've found the root cause of this and are working to update the Installer to correct it. The 2.0 update will also fix it in those where it is broken.
