New Install - Follow Instructions to a T - HTTP 404.3 for Start.aspx

Hi, I'm an IT admin setting up a new instance of RockRMS. This is our first go at it. Here's a summary of our setup:

VMware ESXi 5.5U1

Windows Server 2012 Datacenter

Windows SQL Server 2012 Standard w/ SP1 x64

2 vCPU

4GB Memory

100GB HDD (for now)

 

I followed the instructions to a T. Upon navigating to http://localhost/Start.aspx, I received a 404.3 - Not Found error. Of course I placed the file into the wwwroot folder. 

 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Ok I think I see what the problem is now....

    The screenshot for "Select Role Services" doesn't show all the options selected which appear in a list of confirmed options on the next picture, titled "Required Features Prompt".

     

    Might I request that someone update the picture for "Select Role Services" to show that ISAPI Extensions and ISAPI Filters are also checked?
