0 Check Scanner not scanning check with the same check number 1 Matthew Meekins posted 9 Years Ago The financial person on staff came across an issue while scanning checks. They couldn't get the scanner to scan a check that had the same check number as a check that had already been scanned. It was a different a name, account number, etc., but it still wouldn't scan. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mike Peterson 9 years ago Are you using the 1.3.0 version of the Rock Check Scanner from Home > Power Tools? It is possible that an older version of the scanner had a bug that would do this. Another possibility is that somehow the Account Number and Routing Number came back as blank on the scan for two different checks that has the same check number
