0 Background Check not sending 'County' for Plus Background Checks 2 Tom Helms posted 9 Years Ago We are using the Safety & Security > Background Check workflow and when sending a 'Plus' type request the background check company states that they are not receiving a 'County' with the request and therefore cannot return us a 'Plus' background check. Does anyone know why this is? We have not modified the workflow at all and they receive all of the other information needed for the background check.
