Half inch gap at top of label

I'm playing with check-in labels for the first time, and when I print from either the test check-in area or from Zebra Designer, the label ends up with a 1/2" gap at the top. I have verifed there are no margins set in the label nor in the printer driver Designer is using.

Got the answer from our very own Nick Airdo on this one already, so thought I'd ask/answer here for all. The issue is easily fixed by opening the printer properties and going to Advanced --> Printing Defaults --> Advanced Setup --> Calibrate. This re-calibrates the printer and fixed the issue for us.
