Check In Thru Rock with Nametags

Hi all,

We host an event once a month with quite a few new folks who attend and don't have profiles. I'd like to have a station when people would “check in” with name, email, and phone # and then get a name tag - while adding them to a group.

What’s the best way to go about this? Does anyone do something like this? I'm a bit concerned with a bottleneck as well.

Typically this would be a 2-step process, where the first step is capturing information within a form to create a profile, and the second step would be checking in normally. You could have a dedicated first time station where you have something like an iPad with the form ready or a QR code to scan to make the form accessible.
