I'm attempting to create a giving page that users need to log into but keep getting an access denied page. I'm logging in with an account that has Rock Administrator permissions so not sure why this is occuring.

Jeremy, the order of your security roles matter in RockRMS. The system checks security until it finds an explicit Allow or Deny for any of the roles the user belongs to. In this instance because any user including Rock Admins are members of All Users they are being denied because the All User deny appears higher in the list. If you move the allow rule above the deny you shoud be good.
