Important eRA Adjustments for COVID-19

Rockʼs eRA metric is a powerful and well-loved tool. Based on attendance and giving it can predict how connected a family is to your church and warn you when that connection starts to fade.

With churches not meeting in person, attendance data has been lost. This will seriously effect the quality of the eRA metric. Because of this, it is our recommendation that you disable the "Family Analytics" job in Rock until you're once again meeting for 6-8 weeks. This will ensure that those who have achieved eRA solely from their attendance do not exit that state.
