Have you considered adding your inactive email addresses back into your communications? Due to the current circumstances, there might be a benefit to temporarily reaching out to more of your database with your important messages. Reaching out can be a great way to re-connect during this time of uncertainty. When reaching out to those marked inactive in your database, be sure to send only your most important information and have clear, concise messaging. The outreach to this group should remain temporary. The goal is for them to feel connected during this time while still respecting their communication preferences. There may be no better time to re-engage those who have become inactive than when the world is looking for answers
