Mailgun Ends Support for Legacy Webhooks Published Apr 24, 2023 You may have heard that Mailgun no longer supports Legacy Webhooks. Starting in April, they appear to have stopped making calls to those webhooks. We've heard that Mailgun has been notifying their customers about this change. If Mailgun did not automatically create non-Legacy versions of your webhooks, you'll want to do this as soon as possible. Without those webhook calls, you'll probably notice that your communications are no longer showing any Analytics or Activity in Rock. From your Mailgun dashboard, near the bottom below the graph, is a list of Sending Domains. Click on a domain to access its Overview. Then, along the left, click Webhooks. Near the top of the Webhooks page you can switch between Webhooks and Legacy Webhooks tabs. You'll want to ensure the Webhooks tab is filled in.
