"Tag" another person in a person note.

We'd love the ability to "tag" or "mention" another person within a person note and for the note to then be displayed on the tagged or mentioned individual. That way, if a note pertains to more than one person in a family we don't have to enter several person notes for one piece of information. One use case - if I receive returned mail from a household, I mark their address as previous and then add a person note to say "received returned mail from...[invalid address]" and then I add the same note on to the spouse. Having a tagging system would streamline things a bit.
