Deployable Windows Check-in Client Executable

Check-in Planned

Using Azure+Intune to deploy Windows kiosk systems is working well for us by allowing us to ship a desktop directly to a campus and have it join domain, install software and log into a kiosk view without any direct IT involvement after purchase. The only thing we have to remotely log in to do to finish a Rock kiosk is to manually install the Windows Rock client. The ability to deploy the Check-in Client through Intune would mean a truly automated setup, and would be amazing!

A .msi would be the easiest file to deploy for an IT administrator through SCCM, GPO, Intune or other software management tools.

A .exe would still work, but the client would need a silent install switch (such as /SILENT) and an uninstall string (such as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Spark Development Network\Rock RMS Check-in Client\unins000") to work as an Intune deployment.

We just received the digital certificates we'd need to create an MSI file. We hope to have MSI files for each of our apps soon. We do have the check scanner done already if you want to do some testing with that.
