Finance

While institutional knowledge is great, having specific knowledge about the esoteric giving preferences of some individuals only be present within the minds of a small number of finance workers presents a potential serious point of failure.

To move from that kind of siloed information, I propose a note type, with a note block on the Person > Contributions page, where finance workers can record that Alisha Marble always wants her checks to be split 90/10 between the general fund and the building fund.  The notes would be, by default, only allowed to be viewed/edited by RSR - Rock Administration, RSR - Finance Administration, and RSR - Finance Worker role members.

Additionally, when the check scanning app recognizes the person record of someone who has a giving note, the note would be displayed within the check scanner app.
