Restrict or record Export to Excel function

There are reasons why it would be nice to prevent or at least audit the ability to export a group, data view or report of information. Case in point, our church is going through a process where an email went out to a list that appears to match our previous database, but from an account that does not belong to us. Unfortunately if our research proves accurate, this means it was done by someone internally that was trusted with the data. So trust was violated but security was technically not breached. We do not see the ability in Rock to track the export of a file from Rock. That would be beneficial for the unfortunate occasion of unauthorized usage of data. So whether we could restrict exporting and screen copying or at least log an export, that may be worth pursuing to help with legal circumstances.
