Group Attendance Head Count Field

Add a integer field at the bottom (above the “Notes” field) of both the internal and external group attendance pages to add a head count of unidentiied visitors, one-time out-of-town guests, etc.  This number should be added to the number of individuals marked as attended to provide an accurate total number in attendance.  The field could be named “Additional Attendees”.
