When you are searching for a person, how many times have you accidentally just hit the ENTER key instead of selecting the person?

Here is an idea. Can we add some JavaScript when there is a single result in a dropdown, hitting ENTER would automatically select that persons, group, thing, and click the OK button?

I can only imagine how much mouse time this will save.
