Changing Duplicate Phone Number Filter

I was looking at the Data View for Duplicate Phone Numbers hoping to change it.  The report shows people with duplicate Home Numbers and Work Numbers.  The duplicate Work number seems odd since many people can work at the same place, and the Duplicate Home Number seems odd because the point of a home number is that it is shared across members of the family.  Can the filter be changed to only look for duplicate mobile numbers.
