Add Ability to View/Edit Attributes on Metric Values

Reporting

There are times where it'd be helpful to track certain information about a metric, but it doesn't make sense to add that information as a partition. For example, we like to track information about the weekend weather, speaker, and gathering host. Saving that information in the note makes further reporting difficult, and attributes seem like a good way to track that info.

Those attributes can be added via the already existing entity attribute framework, but the out of the box blocks for configuring metrics and adding metric values don't allow for those values to be viewed or edited. It would also be helpful for the attribute values to be added to the AnalyticsFactMetric{{Metric.Name}} SQL view if analytics are enabled on the metric.
