Dark Mode support in Rock internal theme

It would be great if Rock added support for Dark Mode in the internal site Rock theme. This can be done with CSS as browsers report via a media query if dark mode is enabled or not. This would mean that as soon as the user switches to dark mode in the OS the web page would instantly update to dark mode as well without having to be reloaded.
