SMS Pipeline Response for No Match

Communication

The text-to-workflow automates a user friendly response to the end user if they send a keyword that doesn't match in the UserDefined text-to-workflow list.  This is a desirable feature.  The negative is that the text-to-workflow only allows single keywords and not full messages (i.e. phrases, sentences, paragraphs).

The SMS pipeline is more robust--i.e. it can receive a match anything from with a full SMS message (not just a keyword).  This is awesome.  However, there is no option in the SMS Pipeline to automate a response back to the user if there is no keyword/phrase text match in the MessageBody.  Please consider adding a no-text or no-keyword match option.

Additional note: In my configuration, I use the SMS pipeline to check for a list of active keywords.  No matter which keyword is matched, I send it into a single workflow that handles the business rules for each keyword.  That workflow then launches other workflows, etc.  The reason I do this is because its cumbersome to keep adding the same "attributes" for every SMS pipeline keyword/workflow.
