Tree View search box to search for Events, Workflows, etc.

For those pages that use a tree view for navigation, it can be quite a process to find the item you want, especially if it's many levels deep and you're unsure where to look. I would love to see a search box at the top of the tree view so I could search for my event workflow, data view, report, etc.  Currently, we developers do this using SQL but the average user does not have this ability.
