File Manager View Option

In the file manager block, when looking at your files you get a grid of files with the thumbnails for them and the name's below. This is fine in some cases but if you have longer file names they get cut off and you can't read all of it. In the new asset manager block, files show up in a nice formatted list and you can read all of the file names easily.

I propose to add either a block setting on the file manager where an admin could pick the view wanted or a user toggle that lets a user pick which view they prefer.
