Group Schedule Confirmation/Group Schedule Toolbox Block Tweaks

1.10.1 Group Complete

In most of the group scheduling process, and checkin in general, you deal with schedules by name. Staff sees and picks schedules by the schedule name, the group schedule confirmation email shows the name, checkin displays schedules by the names and since this is the case it's is also how we deal with them internally.

A person rarely if ever sees the actual time a schedule starts until they get to these 2 blocks. Instead of seeing the schedule names of Sunday 1st, Sunday 2nd, Sunday 3rd etc... They see the actual start time, and for us all of these schedules start at 5:30am for multiple reasons, which might be unique to us, but it is causing issues. Maybe not critical issues but when a Volunteer calls you freaking out because they agreed to help out 2nd service at 10am and then they see 5:30 am when they accept that is a use-ability issue. When you have to explain to them that it's not actually 5:30 am that they're accepting that's it's 2nd service it's about as clear as mud. I'll include a couple screen shots from our system where I have already made the modifications to these blocks.
