Add Ability to Change Label for "Address Line 2" and "County"

Every country has different addressing conventions and this is already acknowledged in the Rock RMS addressing system where the label can be changed for "City", "State" and "Postal Code".

My humble request is that this label changing functionality be extended to "Address Line 2" and "County".

This would make address input more intuitive when it is time for data entry.

I am still looking and testing but so far Rock RMS is an excellent system! Pray for continued success to the dev team.
