Move + sign Add Activity Button on Connection Request Detail page

Our Connections Team leader has asked if it would be possible to move the + sign icon, used to add an activity, to the top of the Activities list on the Connection Request Detail page. Because newest activities are added to the top, we don't think it is natural to scroll to the bottom to add activity. Some of our servers seem to have trouble finding the icon.

On pages like Group viewer I know we have the row of buttons at the top and bottom so moving the + sign to the top in a similar manner is what we are suggesting.
