Workflow Entry Block Should Not Force Page Title

Workflow

The current workflow entry block (as of v10.2) changes the page title to be the name of the workflow type, with no way to suppress this other than configure the page to NOT display any title at all. This is not ideal for a number of reasons... such as:

1. Workflow names are often "internal" in nature, or use a number scheme to differential similar but different types... not necessarily something you want the page title to inherit (especially if your public website theme shows page titles prominently within a header image area).

2. You may want a page title completely different than the name of the workflow, depending on WHERE that workflow entry block is being used, but pointing at the same underlying workflow.

We would like an option in the Workflow Entry block that allows the choice between using the name of the workflow type (current behavior), or not, which would then show the title defined ON the page (new behavior.)
