System communications jobs

1.11.0 Communication Complete

With the addition of system communications and the enhancement to Send Attendance Reminders to use sms or recipient preference, I would like to request that the Send Group Email also be updated to allow system communications and not just email- to use the recipient preference or have a setting for optional way to send it like the Send Attendance reminder job does.

(I tried a hack for my purpose. Use the Attendance reminder system communication job and use my other system communication and make everyone leaders and enable sending Attendance Reminders for this other purpose, but i need it to go everyday not just a specific day of the week.)

I would LOVE to be able to have a send system communication job that is more generic and can be tied to a group or dataview.

The Updated SendGroupEmail job has been updated to be able to use the new SMS features of the SystemCommunication template.
