Allow option for Content Channel Items "Manual Ordering" to have newest items first

Currently when a new content channel item is added in a Content Channel which supports "Manual Ordering" the newly created item is added at the very end of the list.  When you have hundreds if item in the content channel and you want the most up-to-date items to be first, this is super inconvenient.  It would be nice to have a way to configure which direction the Manual Ordering sorts by default.
