Optionally Use Attribute Abbreviated Name on Forms

Core

The Abbreviated Name property on Attributes is very useful when using the Attribute Values block, but we would like to see it extended to other forms that expose attributes. The main ones I can think of are:

Workflow Form action

Person Attributes Form block

Event Registration form

We would like these to have an option (per attribute on the form) to use the attribute Name as the Label OR the Abbreviated Name. This would give much greater flexibility in how attributes are displayed to the end user.

It would also make sense to enhance any other areas that display attributes on a form in the same way, if I'm missing them here.

NOTE: This Idea may seem similar to https://community.rockrms.com/ideas/1492/use-abbreviated-name-on-attributes-in-events-and-workflows but it is fundamentally different as that one is wanting to use the abbreviated name on grids, whereas this Idea is about using the Abbreviated Name ON the form, if you wish to.
